Privacy Policy
At 140° we care about your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian and French law.
1. Data controller
The data controllers are the two 140° entities:
- France — SAS 140 Degrés, registered office at 6 rue des Petits Carreaux, 75002 Paris, France (SIREN 102 147 196, VAT FR73102147196);
- Belgium — To Be Frite SRL (company and VAT number BE 0777.440.845).

2. What data do we collect?
We only collect the data needed for the purposes described below:
- Data you give us — when you contact us (by email, through a form, or to request a foodtruck booking / private event): name, email address, phone number and the details of your request.
- Browsing data — collected through cookies and similar technologies, only with your consent: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, anonymised traffic data.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors and do not process special categories of data ("sensitive" data).
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Who receives your data
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with processors acting on our behalf and instructions:
- our web host;
- our audience-measurement tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), subject to your consent;
- where applicable, our email / contact-request handling provider.
Some of these providers (notably Google and Microsoft) may transfer data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
5. How long we keep your data
- Contact and booking requests: up to 24 months after the last exchange.
- Audience-measurement data: depending on the tool's settings (usually up to 14 months).
- Cookie consent choice: 6 months.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- right of access to your data;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.

7. Complaints
If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:
- in Belgium: the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) — dataprotectionauthority.be;
- in France: the CNIL — cnil.fr.
